All printing and photocopy services are provided upon request and subject to file verification. We reserve the right to reject any order containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Orders may be placed in person, by phone, or via email at contact@inbookxerox.space.
Turnaround time varies based on job size and complexity.
Urgent and same-day orders may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted files are correct and final.
We do not guarantee formatting, layout, or color accuracy unless specified and proof-approved by the customer.
Accepted formats include PDF, DOC, JPEG, PNG, and others upon request.
Full payment is required before printing for most orders.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds are only issued in cases of printing errors caused by InBook Xerox.
No refunds will be provided for incorrect files or customer-approved prints.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of order pickup.
All customer documents are treated with strict confidentiality and are not shared, stored, or reused beyond the time needed to complete your order.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to materials left in our store after 7 days from completion unless prior arrangements are made.
